It is shown that during electron beam sintering in the forevacuum pressure region of powder components composite Al 2 O 3 -Cr ceramics, magnitude current flowing through sample depends both on percentage chromium and heating temperature sample. When a certain reached, process flow influenced by thermoelectric emission from surface. Along with ions plasma, noticeable contributes to neutralizing charging ceramic surface an reduces absolute value negative potential This ultimately increase efficiency energy transfer Keywords: Electron irradiation oxide electrical conductivity, alumina chromium, composite, beam, forevacuum.
